How to use the Beurer BC30 . Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor
- First, gently pull the cover to install the battery for the device.

- Turn on the Power button and start the installation for the machine.

- Sit up straight with your feet flat on the floor.

Place your hands on the table, relax and keep them at the level of your heart.

Place your palm facing up and wrap the piston ring around your wrist. Note that the piston ring is 1-2cm from the wrist and is not too tight.

- Turn on the power button, you will see the down arrow flashing and start the automatic measurement.

- The piston ring will automatically be pumped to a pressure of 190mmHg, then the pressure in the piston ring will gradually decrease and the measurement results will be displayed on the LCD screen.
